Why is app-text/tetex-1.0.7-r12 on portage instead of version
2.0.2 ?

Are you sure you did an

Because on my computer I get:

2.02 requires ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86", 1.07 is the latest "stable" version. 2.02 works fine for me.

Yea your right, I forgot I do have the accept_keyword on this computer. Too many gentoos! (If thats possible) :lol:

to find out the reason why it is masked look at the changelog in the portage dir and usually there is also a page at bugs.gentoo.org where u can find information...
