now if i wait 30 sec before shutting down the computer(after suspend) i don't have any matching device
such as:

so mabe it's the bios of my videocard...so i sould use radeonfb but they do not have my pci-id...
and i don't know how to add them:
according to wikipedia my chip is a r420:
