|
|
I'm at a bit of a loss... I've just installed gentoo on a new amd64 machine. Everything seems to be working fine so far. Only problem is I can't seem to compile rtorrent.
I've tried a couple different version including svn with no luck. I receive the same error each time.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
Edit:
It would seem that using the latest svn version, and specifying the location of the libtorrent libraries during configure/make worked for me.
For some reason pkg-config was failing to find the libtorrent.pc file even though it was pathed.
I had also re-compiled libsigc++ a few times also tried a couple different versions. so I'm not sure what fixed the problem exactly. |
