I'm sitting here hearing about all the new vira in the world... Most of them (read all) are attacking windows...
Everybody is shouting for antivirus software etc.... but do we have anything like McCafee, Norton Antivirus etc. for linux?????
A program which scans files on open, execute, etc.... and scans incoming mails, outgoing mails...
In short all the functions NAV 2003 has...

there are a few virus/spam filters for mail (see net-mail packages) and a rootkit checker - more than enough taking into account that there are almost no virii in linux _________________ To an engineer the glass is neither half full, nor half empty - it is just twice as big as it needs to be. |
