I recently received an alphastation from a few friends (alphastation 500), and it already has Gentoo installed on it. I have no logins though, okay no problem, throw a new disc in, right?

I can't get the BIOs/ARC bootmenu to be able to change the boot order. Is there anything I can do to recover the password, or does anyone know how I can get it to boot from CD? It instantly goes from turn-on to booting Gentoo.

[edit] After much keyboard banging, I figured it out. Sorry everyone. esc, not ctrl + c on the blue screen.
