There are 2 such packages:

     Homepage:            http://www.zend.com/products/zend_optimizer
     Description:         The Zend PHP optimizer and loader for encoded scripts.

* dev-php5/ZendOptimizer
     Available versions:  (~)3.3.0a!f!m
     Homepage:            http://www.zend.com/products/zend_optimizer
     Description:         The Zend PHP optimizer and loader for encoded scripts.

Found 2 matches.

Which one do you want?

Also post the output of:

I don't have this file in my Gentoo. :)
I must create this file and type in it "dev-php5/ZendOptimizer x86"?

Yes.

"dev-php5/ZendOptimizer" or "dev-php5/ZendOptimizer ~x86".

"x86" is accepted by your ACCEPT_KEYWORDS.
(If you wanted "unstable" system, you could set ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" in "/etc/make.conf".)
