|
|
I'm having troubles finding which module I need to load to get the embedded NIC in my Dual Pentium Pro Compaq Proliant 2500. It is a Compaq Netelligent integrated 10/100 NIC.
The LiveCD loads it fine, but I still can't seem to find which module it loads. Any help is appreciated.
Some other questions on the same topic. I have two D-Link DGE-500T Gigabit NICs and am unsure which modules I need to load for these. Any help for these is also appreciated.
THANKS in advance! |

Ok so, I know i'm replying to a post that is several months old, but for the sake of this forum's database of good answers, here's a concise one.
Your Compaq Proliant 2500 serever uses a Compaq Netelligent 10/100 network adapter, which is properly used as a "TI ThunderLan Adapter" (from texas instrument). So there you go, select that driver and you're up and running in no time. |
