KDE 4 and Gentoo

Hello.
Sorry for my really bad english, I'm from Russia.

Please help me! How I can "emerge" KDE 4?

I saw it's in a beta-version at this moment.
Maybe I must edit make.conf for this? what I must do?

There is an overlay for KDE4, you can use layman as explained here:
