...modification time in the future?

{ Not quite sure if i should post this question in here... Sorry if I was wrong! }

I had a problem with my HDD and GRUB was failing... So, I booted from a Live CD,
chroot-ed in the installed system, installed GRUB on another disk and rebooted...

That was the short story of a (now solved) problem and the beginning of a new one!
Since then, my system is complaining about some files which have...

"modification time in the future"

While in the chroot environment (installing GRUB), I also tampered with some other settings and files.
I guess that this created the problem, but I have no idea how to solve it!! It's driving me crazy...

Any ideas?

have you tried any of the suggestions in other threads relating to this problem?

Need to update /etc/{init.d, conf.d} warning message[solved]
