packages.gentoo.org down or go away?

I've not followed the packages on packages.gentoo.org for some time. Last week, I wanted to get the scoop on the latest gentoo-sources package, and I got a "Could not connect to host packages.gentoo.org." error then. I get the same now.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but I don't see a sticky and searching for "packages" returns nothing...so, is the packages site down and/or is there a replacement?
