I have this thing i bought with my camera.. a SanDisk SDR-77 i believe.. i added USB support for both SanDisk card readers into the kernel.. built in.. Now when i plug this thing in.. what is going to happen.. and how do i access the Data on it? what /dev/ would it be? |

Well when it is working properly it should be addressed at /dev/sdX where X is some letter starting with a. This is showing up as a SCSI device, so if you have no other SCSI devices it will be /dev/sda if you DO have other SCSI devices it will show-up after them. You do need to have USB Mass Storage support in your kernel in addition to the appropriate SCSI support as well. There are a few threads on this that I'd advise you to search for and read.
