Access violation while emerge perl

My dear ladies and gentlemen please kindly help.

I changed my gentoo base from gcc 2.95 to 3.1 and when I emerge perl, which is perl-5.6.1-r4, I got 'Access Violation' error then a file /tmp/sandbox-perl-5.6.1-r4-10234.log was created with the following content:

Sounds like that Perl ebuild is broken. Consider filing a bug, giving as much detail about the problem as you can (the exact violations, the exact package name, etc.).
