Hi all,
I have an SS5 (The netra i version which came with the netra 3.0 internet server)
Its basically an SS5 on 110Mhz with 92 RAM and a 2.1 GB disk
Problem I'm having is with disk space, is there some way I can control this so that portage doesnt take up so much space when it installs stuff? I want to install an absolute minimum of stuff on this box, the primary service on it will be dnsmasq for dhcp+dns and thats all.
The alternative is Solaris 2.5 with dhcp and bind but I really dont want to have to deal with such an old and outdated solaris version
Thanks for any input!
