Ciao a tutti, quando faccio il login all'avvio di kde mi appare il seguente messaggio:

$home directory is out of disk space
KDE is unable to start |
e quindi non riesco a far partire kde...ho provato a fare un bel
ma niente da fare...qualcuno sa la soluzione al problema? grazie |

vuol dire che la tua directory home è piena, per cui KDE non riesce a scriverci dentro.
Controlla il contenuto di /home/<tuoutente>, o di non avere il disco/partizione piena.

| grazie per la risposta, quindi vuol dire che se non elimino qualche file kde non potrà mai partire, giusto? |

credo che parli da solo... kde non ha spazio sufficiente per allocare nuovi files (quindi ripulisci la home) o hai un errore di mount e non riesce a sovrascrivere qualcuno dei suoi files.
cosa riporta?
se lo spazio c'è potresti provare un | Code: | | rm -Rf /home/<user>/.kde* |
se usi xfs il problema è un errore di filesystem (solito thread in doc&tools, [OT] non lo si potrebbe mettere sticky?), se usi reiser attenzione che rischi che ti sparisca qualcosa è un campanello d'allarme.
