XML-parser issues

Hi all,
I'm trying to emerge xorg-x11. Whenever it gets to the xml-parser package it gives this error.

I originally had my cflags set to i386, but due to issue's i changed that. Not too sure what i'm doing wrong at this point, so can someone point me in the right direction? thanks. BTW heres my emerge --info
