When is 2007.0 release date?

Is there a set date for the release of 2007.0? Or is it just for sometime in March? Where can I go to get more information on this?

The dates aren't announced because the new installations don't offer anything new to the users, except maybe an updated installer which won't effect any systems that are already installed.
