xemacs installed without efs?!

I just upgraded xemacs (via -U world...) and noticed that there is no efs support if you dont tell him to install it.

That's kind of stupid in my opinion, because one would probably try to install more xemacs packages via the xemacs package manager, which would fail if efs is not installed....?!

I think it should be installed by default...

i think u will have more success if u post this on https://bugs.gentoo.org - thats where the developers live...
