Salve a tutti, buona domenica 
Sto finendo di configurare la mia gentoo sul laptop, l'altro giorno però guardando dmesg ho trovato ciò:

tutto questo senza inserire alcun cd/dvd nel lettore. Non lo uso da un po. Non ho problemi ne a masterizzare ne a far girare dei cd/dvd. Ne da Windows ne da Linux. Voi cosa ne dite? L'unico problema è che ogni tanto, quando spingo il bottone per aprire il lettore, questo non si apre. devo spingerlo più volte. Cosa ne dite?

| lo stesso problema che da' il cdrom sul l'hp 4300 aziendale , solo che "confused" non l'ho mai notato |

capivo lo stesso che era una cosa infinita senza dover scrollare un botto sperando che prima o poi finisca il code.
domanda: il cd è buono? l'md5 della live è corretto? te lo fa con ogni cd/dvd? |

Me lo fa senza nulla dentro, come detto non uso il lettore spesso, ma per l'occasione l'ho provato e va bene.
@noppy: ma il cdrom su questo laptop che dici, poi funziona bene?

| a me e' da oltre un anno che da questo problema ma mi sembra legga e scriva sempre come al solito aolo che aprire il drive sembra un'azione a cui non tenga molto |

potrebbe essere un problema di come ho compilato il kernel? mi rierisco alla nuova sezione riguardante libata, senza però togliere i vecchi supporti.
