Inizio subito a dire che all'avvio mi da questi errori:

ok, per quanto riguarda il primo non so proprio che fare..
per il secondo ho ovviamente lanciato sensors-detect il quale ora mi viene fuori con questa uscita a metà della configurazione:

e qui mi cascano los marones... c'è qualcosa che ho sbagliato? devo pure compiarlmi V4L ? (ho una scheda d'acquisizione tv di cui mi dimentico della sua presenza all'interno del case...) ma non credo sia quella... in fondo mi dice riva per la geffo... dai... che roba è sta qui? non posso avere il framebuffer perchè è quello che mi fa casini??? 
quindi mi basta togliere il framebuffer, ricompilare il kernel... e basta? insomma niente framebuffer solo perchè i2c vuole vedermi alkdjslkdjakljdalnkdaklòdaskdaskldjaklsdjal argh!!!!!

si lo so mi sto facendo un topic e mi sto rispondendo da solo... ma magari a qualcuno interessa...
allora ho scoperto che videodev.o è il modulo di Video4Linux aka V4L, l'ho compilato e lanciando

Per gli errori di xargs e bootsplash ho gli stessi errori, ma non sembrano importanti (leggi: ho pochissimo tempo, funziona tutto comunque quindi...  ).

Per quanto riguarda xargs, anch'io ho lo stesso messaggio di errore al boot.
Per l'altro problema: stai per caso utilizzando il rivafb con i driver closed source nvidia? Se è così mi sembra di ricordare che non vadano molto d'accordo insieme. |

no ora come ora sto usando il framebuffer per lo splashboot logo o come cavolo si chiama ed effettivamente il supporto per il framebuffer compilato nel kernel conflitta con i driver rivatv per ragioni ignote (così dicono sul sito di rivatv), quindi vedo se c'è altro problema... tra l'altro se lancio

| il problema di xargs è dovuto ad un limite settato nei sorgenti del programma se, come ho fatto io, prendete il sorgente e commentate in esso la parte del limit poi il messaggio d'errore non ve lo da più, questo comunque non è un problema, diciamo che è più un fatto estetico |

ottimo da sapersi.. è documentata da qualche parte questa cosa? sicuro sia _solo_ un fattore estetico?
cmq se possibile puoi postare nello specifico la risoluzione che proponi a riguardo?

Per il problema di bootsplash prova a scrivere nel file /etc/init.d/bootsplash al posto di E' una soluzione un pò "rozza", ma funziona
