I'm trying to upgrade my gentoo on Ultra5 to profile sparc64/2006.1/, after emerge --sync and emerge -uavD system I get the following error:

Any hint? I have already tried to download again the package and to change mirror.
Thanks.

Well, if the file isn't corrupted on the mirrors (probably isn't given it's a 2-byte discrepancy), try this:
Code: |
ebuild /usr/portage/sys-libs/timezone-data/timezone-data/timezone-data-2006p.ebuild digest
|
then try the emerge again. _________________ Thomas S. Howard |
