Blender 2.27

I emerged Blender and noticed that it was version 2.23 and so I searched the forums and saw a couple messages about having 2.26 already in the portage tree (I don't know why it isn't mine). So I checked the bugs and found this: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21082 but I don't understand because it looks to me like I'm supposed to already have the 2.27 ebuild. Where I can get it?
