cat make kernel

hi I have a UltraSPARC 1 with 1Gb of RAM. & 1 Quad Ehternet Adpter
System boots off you disk which I just downloaded....
Got the system to reconize the Quad Adapter by install a module befor I built the kernel
Got the packages down fine..
make menuconfig works fine
and I took out everything I was not using PCI, ATA stuff, all the non-ip network stuff..
make dep works... no errrors..
the I do the build:
make clean vmlinux image modules modules_install (right out of the book)
after a while it fails as follows

Also when this box is finished it will replace a Cisco 7513 which is making my electric bill glow!
The plan is to take my 2 dsl modems which are bonded via the Cisco into 1 fatter pipe...
thus hme0 & hme1 (first two ports on the quad card) will be bonded then through the firewall ip-tables, net filter, etc.
and then to my servers.
