Hello everybody,
I just encountered a strange problem. Due to the removal of xmms I had to reemerge mplayer. Somehow the file Blue-1.6.tar.bz2 gets downloaded from all the locations in my make.conf and then again from mplayerhq.hu. After that emerge aborts saying that it can't download the file. Here's what I get:

| Try changing your mirrors (distfiles.gentoo.org should have every needed file). Make sure your portage tree is up-to-date. If steps above won't work report a bug. |

Changing the mirror didn't have any effect but an emerge --sync did the trick. It's recompiled now! |

I emerge synced after the last post (Nov 3rd, i think) and i have the same problem: it keeps downloading the blue-1.6 tarball, and then quits out, saying "nothing to do."
i'm using the correct mirror, and my tree is up to date. so i guess i'll (ughhh) brave bugzilla's interface and report it.
