Hi. I allready tried with mplayer and xmms doesnt work on my system,..., but i wanto to emerge a program, that actually allows me to create playlists . Anyone

Do you prefer KDE, GNOME or GTK+ apps?

I suggest Amarok (KDE). It does everything.

If you are looking for something Gtk2 based then checkout Quodlibet, its in Portage and it has many plugins and view modes (Playlists, Album view, Paned...etc).

Rhythmbox is a nice music player if you like gtk :wink: Banshee is another alternative

I agree in full, even if I used a GNOME system.
