After I emerged apache and ran it first time it gave as output I didn't define a server name so I changed the servername. When I restarted apache after this it only shows [!!] and nothing else, it isn't started or anything. Do I need to do some more than just setting server name?
Greetings,

Michael

Do you have in your host file

127.0.0.1 localhost <servername>

It doesn't matter at all what kind of hostname you choose, you could even set it too my_priv_server if you'd like too :D Just use your name or JimLynchProducts or something :D
Greetings,

Michael

The first tiem I started apache it gave this error, but that was before I even set anything at all... After I set my hostname it just wouldn't start and didn't even generate any kind of error... (except [!!] :D ).
Did you set a servername and is that name in your hosts file too? Otherwise try setting servername to localhost.
I hope this works for you.
Greetings,

Michael
