I am currently using irssi, but man, I miss BitchX.
I used to use it years back.
Has BX been updated recently?
I am thinking about emerging it. |

Personally I am convinced that there is no better IRC client than irssi
you can always try Xchat or opera embedded irc client.

My IRC needs are basic and I use Kirc, but I'm interested in trying it in Kopete.
(It would be nice to have all my communication methods in 1 client.) |

Personally, I'm a huge fan of Xchat-GNOME. _________________ ~~ Peter: Programmer, Mathematician, STEM & Free Software Advocate, Enlightened Agent, Transhumanist, Fedora contributor

I used phirc on QNX who was really good
irssi wan good for console based IRC client
But the best for me is xchat with a lot of choices in configuration + scriptting .. the only things who is really bad is the lack of good protection scripts _________________ Things Fall Apart, The Center Cannot Hold |
