It's an experimental ebuild that builds KDE from CVS. It is available here
As for the original poster: I hate to say it, but: tough luck. It's really unstable (meaning: changes a lot) so sometimes it just doesn't compile. Waiting a few hours and retrying should fix it. Only if it persists for a few days you should file a bug for it. |

It looks like you have to update your kdelibs.
That's probably the most common problem when using the kde-cvs ebuilds |
