Hmm, dev-perl/XML-Parser is a dependency of intltool, so you really should have it. You could try emerging XML-Parser and trying the evolution-data-server emerge again.

Moved from Desktop Environments(?) to Duplicate Threads in favour of Can't emerge (maybe deps problem).
