while doing emerge --update --deep world it said:

how can I do update except emerge the blocking package?

Have you tried:
emerge -p xorg-x11
to see what is being blocked. You may find that you have to unmerge xorg-x11 to use the the new version (>7.0) that incorporates xorg-server

so ,how can i emerge higher version after umerge the version 6 |
