Not really solved, i switched from raid-1 to single disk setup and now it works.. Dont have time to get the raid working, it a temporary rush job..
Hi,
I'm trying to install gentoo on a SUN 220R server. Ik followed the gentoo install guide for sparc, silo reported the silo.conf to be valid.
No problems at all..
Until i rebooted, the SUN machine reports the following :
Code: | screen not found.
Can't open input device.
Keyboard not present. Using ttya for input and output.
Sun Enterprise 220R (2 X UltraSPARC-II 450MHz), No Keyboard
OpenBoot 3.23, 1024 MB memory installed, Serial #<sr-nr>.
Ethernet address <mac-address>, Host ID: <host-id>.
Boot device: disk File and args:
Warning: Fcode sequence resulted in a net stack depth change of 1
The file just loaded does not appear to be executable. |
I've installed gentoo on many x86 based machine but am totally new to sparcs..
Any help would be appreciated !
