I'm having a problem emerging xgl.. i get something like: "#emerge -av xgl compiz-vanilla"
">>> Emerging (1 of 2) x11-base/xgl-0.0.1_p20060619-r2"
....
"* Applying xgl-xinerama.patch ...

* Failed Patch: xgl-xinerama.patch !
* ( /usr/local/overlays/xgl-coffee/x11-base/xgl/files/xgl-xinerama.patch )"

i've renamed "xgl-xinerama.patch" and then "./svnup" to get a new "xgl-xinerama.patch".... but no effect..

thx in advance!

well.. a manage to update to revision 262 with layman and then ./svnup to 262... now i get: "Calculating dependencies \
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=dev-util/git-1.4.0".
(dependency required by "x11-base/xgl-0.0.1_p20060619-r2" [ebuild])"

i've already tried to put ">=dev-util/git-1.4.0" and "dev-util/git" in package.keywords but still can't emerge the Git version i need...

thx

when was the last time you did emerge --sync? according to http://www.gentoo-portage.com/dev-util/git git 1.4.1 is in portage, run
Code:
emerge -S dev-util/git
and post what versions are listed.
