I am trying to update GLIBC to the latest version (2.4-r3) from 2.3.6-r3. I receive this error while trying to compile.
Code: |

configure: error: this configuration requires -mlong-double-128 IBM extended format support

!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, and the call stack if relevant.

Found the solution, sorry for the dupe thread.
Solution is to compile glibc with gcc 4.1. _________________ "I'm not a super genius...or are I?" - Homer Simpson |
