I had a hard time with the ati-howto guide in the gentoo-wiki. for example, it instructed me to set agparts as a module, but did not instruct me to load modules... but uh... anyway, it's somewhat confusing.
why isn't this in gentoo-wiki? I think it's quite informative:

I follow the gentoo ati faq and it works well for me.

It looks like there is a lot of additional information in the link you posted however. |

From wikipedia:
A wiki (IPA: [ˈwiː.kiː] <wee-kee> or [ˈwɪ.kiː] <wick-ey>[1]) is a type of website that allows users to add, remove, or otherwise edit and change all content very quickly and easily, sometimes without the need for registration. This ease of interaction and operation makes a wiki an effective tool for collaborative writing.
So, why haven't you posted it on gentoo-wiki yet? |

I just read the Gentoo ATI Radeon FAQ, and it is much, much more helpful than the ones posted on Gentoo-Wiki. |
Thanks

Possibly, but I think it's already linked to by the Gentoo-Wiki (in the See Also section here) and also from the gentoo.org FAQ. I thought it'd be visible enough like that, and it's fairly easy to find via Google as well. |
