Also, has anyone had success with Samba 3.0 on Linux? I am having trouble getting write permission on Samba shares from Windows XP clients.

THIS works on a NSLU2 running OpenSlug and the version of SAMBA is
Quote: |
samba - 3.0.20-r4 - Version 3.0.20-r4 of package samba |
This is accesable from my XP-booting PC and also my Gentoo-booting PC and also from my work PC (running Windows-2000) via tunneling Samba through SSH _________________

Oy! You are not a n00b, so I can gleefully tell you to RTFM, as appeared in my original reply in this topic. _________________ |
