Solving the 4396 BUG

I have reported a Bug some hour ago and it seems it was reported before, actually it is the bug numer 4396

It appears to be a fixed bug in the web, but I cannot fins the way to solve the problem I'm having with the dependencies.

Can anyone help?

The bug resolution report indicated it was fixed in the Gentoo CVS tree,
so downloading the latest version of the affected ebuild should be
sufficient.
