I know you need to edit the solidbgmenu. I can make it so the name of my bg shows up, but it doesnt load when I click it. Any help? _________________ Gentoo on a Powerbook 12" 1ghz with 756mb ram. YEE HAA |

I don't know what is solidbgmenu but You can set any picture with "Esetroot /path/to/picture.jpg" or "Esetroot -bgcolor white" for solid color. _________________ ((( WeFunk ))) |

Well I screwed around in the /usr/share/commonbox area and found that file that I thought you had to edit. It sees like if you edit this file correctly, you can change the desktop with the click of a mouse in the 'desktop right click thingy' configure area. Probably made no sense. Anyways, I tried to use Esetroot and it said command not found. _________________ Gentoo on a Powerbook 12" 1ghz with 756mb ram. YEE HAA |

You can have your personal menu if You create (or copy the original) /home/YOURNAME/.fluxbox/menu (so You need a file called "menu").
It's safer this way.
About Esetroot: do You have it installed? It comes with Eterm (emerge Eterm -s). _________________ ((( WeFunk ))) |
