i have installed mysql, php and apache. i have also written simple php function and it does work fine. hoever, i cannot connect php with mysql, i know i have to turn on some flags in php but i don't know which. can anyone help the damn guy here?

use this and it should work
Code:
export USE=mysql
emerge -u mod_php


This should work

i have found php and mysql do not work with apache 1.3.27.( i dont know why though)
