hey,
if i change the powerstate of ati gfx with aticonfig --set-powerstate=value
are there any values that will change in /proc and/or /sys ?
cant find anything but maybe me is blind ^^
cause i need an easy way to determine what mode the gfx is currently running

ati has tools for checking these things.
aticonfig -lsp
there is also a radeon overclocking tool that will tell you. Do some forum searching to find it. _________________ Dont make it idiot proof, make it work.

ty i know that. i just search a way to check this out with a script,
it would be the best way if something is written inside /proc /sys
