I did my daily emerge rsync followed by an "emerge -up --deep word" and got: | Code: | emerge -up --deep world
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
Calculating world dependencies /
emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy "virtual/mta".
!!! Problem with ebuild sys-apps/vcron-3.0.1-r1
!!! Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem.

I peeked at the vcron ebuild, saw it wanted virtual/mta. I use qmail as my mta so I then looked for the qmail ebuild: | Code: | emerge -s ^qmail$
Searching...
[ Results for search key : ^qmail$ ]
[ Applications found : 1 ] |
So finally I do | Code: | ls -F /usr/portage/net-mail/qmail/
ChangeLog files/ |
All Qmail ebuilds are gone.
