Could there be a link to the forums index on the toolbar with FAQ | Search | ...
I don't know if this makes this bar too long for people, but speaking from a HCI research standpoint, I found the link below the toolbar not very visible (personally, I had problems finding it). I definately do not think the current link should be removed, but another would be nice. This may seem redundant, but there are pages where the forums link does not exist, example statistics (as far as I can tell). |

| That is not a very visible solution. I would still recommend the addition to the toolbar. |

Either right up against the left-hand side or after the "Post New Topic" and "Post Reply" buttons. Click on "Gentoo Forums Index" and you're cooking with gas!

Below the toolbar, or at the bottom of the page? If not the bottom of the page, then look at the black bar near the bottom... there's also a link to the forums there.
As for adding a link to the toolbar, I personally think it'd be too long without modifications.
In any case, it'd be a good idea to add the forums link to the pages that don't have it(i.e., the statistics page).
