I'm having a problem with it too. It works fine when I boot into windows, but I can't select different options in Grub, so I can't change my selection to Gentoo, I don't know if it works in Gentoo because I can't even get there. Works in windows and is plugged in via USB...does yours work in the bootloader?

You know what, I don't think I compiled USB keyboard/mouse support into my kernel. I will go look and post again later.

Alright I enabled it in my bios. I guess that is a good start . Don't know why it worked in windows. Recompiled my kernel adding usb support, it did something to my sound because that stopped working but I can fix that. I can select different things in grub but once i get to a login for gentoo I can't type anything...still doesn't work....help please!
