I want postfix to relay mail for any user with an account on my computer. I haven't been able to find any docs on this - does anybody know how to do this, or where I might find some good docs?
Do I just add the username/pass unencryped into saslpass? |

you need to add the user with saslpasswd, and tell postix to allow authenticated users:
smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes
smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mynetworks permit_sasl_authenticated reject_unauth_destination |

Thank you!
That worked perfectly to allow squirrelmail to relay to any address, but I'm still unable to use an external mail client (ie. Outlook Express) to use myaccount@mydomain.com to send to other domains.
any ideas? |

You need to add broken_sasl_auth_clients = yes to your main.cf. For more info, see here for more info.[/url] _________________ Dermot
