evolution 1.2.3 missing dependency of xmps ?

hi!

while emerging evolution-1.2.3 i got the following error

when i tried
emerge -p xmps it said it likes to install xmps-0.2.0-r1 which also didn't worked for me so i installed xmps-0.2.0-r3

i'm no expert, but should'nt xmps be an dependency of the evolution package if it is required by it ?
