mbmon is giving me an output like this:
Code: |
Temp.= 59.0, 127.5, 127.5; Rot.= 7336, 7500, 0
Vcore = 1.68, 1.18; Volt. = 3.36, 5.05, 12.04, -2.00, -2.08
|
So does that mean that the CPU(s) temperature(s) are at 59.0 degrees celcius?
And what is Rot? |

Well I guess that that output can't be right then, as the CPUs are at about 40 degree according to the bios and the fan speeds would be closer to 3000RPM, not 7000RPM.
So I did the -d option to see what chipset I had and I got the following:
Code: |
yang ~ # mbmon -d
Using SMBus access method[Intel8XX(ICH/ICH2/ICH3/ICH4/ICH5)]!!
* Winbond Chip W83782D found.
yang ~ #
|
But now what do I do? How do I tell it what chipset I have when I run the mbmon command? |
