Out of curiosity, what are you using your sparcs to?

I am hoping to install gentoo on a U10 in the near future. The aim is to run X on it and hopefully be able to install qcad. I don't know really, but am i aiming too high? Will my U10 cope?

Please tell me what you are running on your sparcs

Cheers

My u10 workstation. I mainly use it for irc, IM clients, Firefox and Thunderbird and various other tidbits like development. Its currently running xorg and enlightenment.

My u60 is a dedicated server, running Apache2 and Postfix of of it.

I was given 2 x 450s this weekend, and I've got plans for them. The dual-proc 450 will essentially take over the responsibility of the u60, and will also take over my DNS, MySQL and LDAP server that runs on a x86 box. The quad-proc 450 will stay home with me and will become a toy / workstation. Also the heat it generates will keep me nice and warm during the winter months, and will help save on gas. :)

I use my U5 as my web development box. MySQL, PHP, Apache. It's using the internal drive as boot, and a SCSI card attatched to a Sun raid for Gentoo.
