anyone have an ebuild for lxnay rr4 kernel, the one in the LiveDVD with reiser4 support. At the moment i am using the nitro5 kernel but i cant seem to get my ATI card with 3d support for any kernel > 2.6.12. So if someone can post up just the ebuild for the kernel that would be great =) |

You should read up on kernel building , it is not as simple as an ebuild.
I wont explain in detail 'cos the info is there and it sounds like you are a long way from reproducing the kernel on lxnay if you ask the questions you did.
You need to know what kernel he uses, if it is patched and see if there is a /proc/config.gz when you boot from it.

it's on the livedvd, download it, run it, and you'll find the ebuild in /mnt/livecd/Installation _________________ http://www.sabayon.org |
