ok now i run make && make modules_install and i get this errors

is this important becouse now is warning becouse of SMP!

its a WARNING not an error. And You have to recompile the ATI driver again for the current kernel.

now i don't get any errors but system stilL hang! i can ONLY control it by SSH! console in computer hang! Right now completely freeze after i login in it!
What is now wrong!

no i don't have enable use 8kb instead of 4kb
i don't know why system hang or freeze sometimes!

Backup your .config and try genkernel. Maybe there's still a problem with your config. If you can't provide more information nobody can help you. "System hangs" is not really precise ;) .
Try to reproduce the error. Does the system hang when doing something specific?
Maybe it's not kernel-related. It can be something different now. Can you be sure that your hardware is ok?

I assume the live CD works, so it is possibe to configure a working kernel.

I agree with those in this thread that suggest Genkernel. You'll get a working kernel and you will get a .config that you can study later and learn how to compile your own kernel. It is more fun to compile your own kernel, but only after you learn how to do it right.
