cat the ebuild and the masked packages file under /usr/portage... _________________ To an engineer the glass is neither half full, nor half empty - it is just twice as big as it needs to be.

It's just ~ masked, meaning that it's being tested. If you want to use it do the following:

ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge phpBB

It's going to stay ~masked for a while, as the package update phase ended a few days ago.
