Yeah. I use vanilla sources. I'm boring. What can I tell you? BUT...

Vanilla-sources are not listed in the GLSA announcement. Does this mean that vanilla-sources are not vulnerable or that we need to apply the patch ourselves?

I did a 'emerge -p vanilla-sources' and no upgraded version was indicated as being available.

It should be vulnerable unless you compiled in grsecurity. To test you may what to try the exploit here.

It sould get you r00t.
