I'm using vanilla-sources with mppe patched.
When I connect to pppd use vpn under win2k, I keep getting such messages in /var/log/everything/current:

Mar 15 22:23:54 [pptpd] Discarding out-of-order packet 9280, already have 9280

how can I solve that?

it happens.. it's non fatal.

check in with poptop.sf.net for more info. They have a very good mailing list and the admins respond very qcuik.

I checked google and put these in my /etc/sysctl.conf:
net.ipv4.conf.all.arp_filter=1
net.ipv4.conf.all.proxy_arp=1

then syctl -p
It seems no problem now...
